Current Town of Lynnfield information identifies 48 residences at Colonial Village.

The community contains a combination of garden-style apartments and townhouse-style residences.

Under current L.I.F.E. eligibility requirements, at least one occupant must be age 60 or older.

Colonial Village is independent senior housing. It is not an assisted-living residence, memory-care community, nursing home or rehabilitation facility.

The Town of Lynnfield describes Colonial Village as being located at Market Street at Lynnfield, near Walnut Street and I-95/Route 128.

That description identifies the overall development location, but it should not automatically be used as the mailing or delivery address for an individual resident.

Colonial Village includes multiple residential buildings, and residents have specific individual addresses or unit information.
