Floriana Ipswich Wedding & Flower Delivery

Send fresh flowers to Floriana, formerly known as The Hellenic Center, at 117 County Road, Ipswich, MA 01938 with local delivery from Ward’s Florist & Greenhouse.

Ward’s Florist is a family-owned North Shore flower shop located at 53 Cabot Street in Beverly, Massachusetts. We are not physically located in Ipswich. Flowers for Floriana are designed fresh in our Beverly flower shop and hand-delivered locally.

Floriana is a historic Ipswich estate and active wedding and event venue. The property was long known as The Hellenic Center and is now operated under the Floriana name. Ward’s keeps both names on this single flower-delivery page so couples and families searching for either Floriana or The Hellenic Center can find the correct destination.

Ward’s can provide bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, family flowers, wedding centerpieces, shower flowers, birthday arrangements, corporate recognition flowers, presentation bouquets and other floral designs appropriate for events at Floriana.

Same-day delivery is available for orders placed by 2:00 p.m., subject to flower availability and delivery schedule. Weddings, multiple centerpieces and flowers required before a scheduled event should always be ordered in advance.

Floriana & The Hellenic Center

Floriana is the current name of the historic event property previously known for decades as The Hellenic Center.

Current venue information states that Floriana remains owned and operated by The Hellenic Center and The Greek Orthodox Community of Ipswich.

For that reason, Ward’s uses one page for:

  • Floriana
  • Floriana Ipswich
  • The Hellenic Center
  • The Mansion at the Hellenic Center
  • 117 County Road wedding flower delivery

These names refer to the same Ipswich estate and should not be separated into competing flower-delivery pages.

The History of Floriana

The history of the property helps explain both names that people still use when searching for the venue.

Anna Pingree Peabody purchased approximately thirteen acres here in 1903 and developed the estate, which she named Floriana.

The property was purchased by the Greek Orthodox Community of Ipswich in 1966 and became The Hellenic Center, serving as a cultural and community gathering place.

The Hellenic Center hosted its first wedding reception in 1967 and became a longstanding North Shore wedding and event destination.

Today the venue again uses its historic name, Floriana.
